Graffiti

I noted last week that the City of Great Falls announced a new policy whereby property owners would have 72 hours to remove graffit. I said that I expect the City to abide by a like policy.

Well, on my morning run I noted that the west end of the 10th Ave. So, Warden Bridge structure is covered with graffiti. Mr. Lawton, Mayor Gray: The clock is ticking.
