And what he is quoted as saying leads me to believe he is not: "Roe v. Wade is the settled law of the land. ... There's nothing in my personal views that would prevent me from fully and faithfully applying that precedent."

Disregard this quote: "We continue to believe that Roe was wrongly decided and should be overruled." It was argued in a brief by Roberts when he was an advocate. That is a totally different context. An advocate is supposed to support activism, if that is what the cause requires.
