Great Falls is losing its semi-pro basketball team, since the league has apparently folded before the first layup. The bad part, though, is that the fairgrounds squeezed out the ice skaters and hockey players to make room for basketball.

So, all of the anticipated lease revenue from the basketball team won't be realized, and the ice folks are building their own facility. So, no lease revenue, I guess.

Oh well, surely the Four Seasons administration would never throw out an existing tenant on the come without some sort of security from a new, start-up tenant. I'm sure we have a bond or some sort of security to ensure performance of the lease by the basketball team, right?

Hello? Anyone? Anyone?
