Jury Trial-Cont.

For those of you that have been following the jury trial things, I will be gone a few days to Oregon. (www.hoodtocoast.com).

I plan to do one more post that summarizes the applicable substantive law, and then I will try to do one post each day to correspond with each day of the trial. With luck, this will start next Monday nite.
