Racism
There is always lots and lots of talk about racism in the media. I have often wondered if it remains as pervasive as the talking heads suggest.
I have often thought, too, that the media foments the problem with their constant drumbeat and breathless coverage.
I would think that actor, Morgan Freeman, might agree with me. He says the only way to get rid of racism is to "stop talking about it."
In other words, does the constant focus on the color of each other's skin increase or decrease the feeling of difference between those whose color doesn't match?
