More on the Nazis

I posted a piece a while back suggesting that the Bush/Hitler comparisons are over the top.

I'm not alone:

An idiot comparing Bush to Hitler is not news. An idiot making this comparison after the opposition wins a national election isn’t news, but it is peculiar. A respectable Internet news and comment outlet publishing a piece elaborating this grotesque analogy, and doing it with stunning ineptitude, may verge on news.
