Electric City Power's Board of Directors has a meeting tonight. I cannot attend but these might be some interesting questions:

1. Will the Board of Directors request that SME release a) the feasibility study paid for, in part, by the City in November 2003, b) documents evidencing the City’s ownership interest in SME, c) documents containing the terms of the City’s ownership interest, d) documents dictating the governance of the Cooperative, including any operating plan and e) financial records documenting capital contributions and member ownership interests?

2. Please describe, in detail, the Executive Director and/or staff's efforts to market electricity and the status of any resulting discussions.
