Is it Next Week yet?

On March 16, 2007, City Attorney David Gliko suggested that the final draft of the Development Agreement between the City and SME, which I have been seeking since December 2006, and which the City has refused to allow us to see prior to the final draft, could be ready "next week."

It's March 30. Still in the dark.

Wonder how those 'preliminary drafts' are coming...
