Suspense?

According to the front page of the Tribune, "Suspense builds over plant decisions." Among other things, we are awaiting a "feasibility study."

Before being so gung ho about this plan, I would have hoped our leaders might have considered the definition of feasible:

"1 : capable of being done or carried out"

Seems like it might be important to know that before deciding to go ahead with the project. Unless they do not care about whether or not the plan is "capable of being done or carried out." Or unless they did not really commission a feasibility study, but rather propaganda whose outcome was preordained.
