This could be fatal to the coal plant. If the County refuses to re-zone the land, it will have to go somewhere else.
This passed last time on a 2-1 vote. If either Commissioner Olson or Briggs changes their mind, then it's kaput.

As usual the Great Falls Tribune missed the boat on this one. It is obvious even to a novice there was/is more wrong that some trival procedural problem as the newspaper alludes too?
