Maybe this explains President Bush's insistence on sticking to his guns on the issue of relinquishing port management functions to a Dubai company, especially given that he did not even know about the issue during the approval process.

I am not prepared to say that Bush is corrupt, but once again his decision-making smacks of cronyism. Remember Harriet Meiers? Come on, W. Be a principled conservative.
