Leave it to the Trib...

...to get it bass ackwards. In this article about a recent dismissal of criminal charges, the Tribune said:

The case was dismissed "with prejudice," however, meaning the state can refile charges if it gets more evidence.
Oooops. Sorry. "With prejudice" means the state cannot refile. "Without prejudice" means prosecutors can go after the fella again.

Maybe the Trib thought that "with prejudice" and "without prejudice" were like "flammable" and "inflammable."
