In a Perfect World

In a perfect world, I would be able to serve Requests for Production on the City of Great Falls, Electric City Power, and SME, to obtain all of the documents supporting this whole coal plant transaction.

In the event the Requests were not fully and completely responded to, we would then have a process to require that all of the requested information were produced.

Then, and only then, we would have an opportunity to sit down with the people involved and ask them about the documents, as well as the other facets of this transaction.

Hmmm.
