The Grind, Pt. 3

As noted here and here, I have encountered ongoing difficulties in my struggle to obtain public records from the City of Great Falls related to the coal plant.

I am not alone. Today the Montana Environmental Information Center filed a lawsuit against the City for withholding public records. I had been contemplating doing the same thing. They have saved me a filing fee.
